- Personalized/custom-made products
- For hygiene reasons: underwear, socks, beauty tools (if applicable)
- Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

- Wait for our return approval and instructions.
- Ship the item back with a trackable service.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).
