30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • For hygiene reasons: underwear, socks, beauty tools (if applicable)
  • Clearance/sale items (unless defective)

How to Return

  3. Wait for our return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back with a trackable service.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).
